Cosmetic Product Safety Reports

Bring an 8th-Revision CPSR to the 12th.

Twelfth reads a source Cosmetic Product Safety Report, looks up each INCI in a CIR / SCCS library, checks the Table 3.4.1 retention factor and applied amount, writes a ten-endpoint dossier for every ingredient, and exports a signed, paginated Part A / Part B PDF aligned to SCCS/1647/22.

• Retention factor

  Checked against SCCS Table 3.4.1. Usually already correct; rewritten only when it is not (as in the brow-pencil case).

• SED table

  Source cells often print 0.00000 because five decimals cannot hold the dose. Restated as 5.565 × 10⁻⁶ so the figure fits.
